I'd really appreciate a fix because bad or no wifi access sucks if you're an on-the-road worker like me. I have to say that except some minor quirks this Kubuntu release is very snappy. Stable connection with good ping times, but throughput is measured in 10-20 kB/s. check my blog Tested on almost a dozen different.

It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. Everyone in my building at the university can connect very well with Windows. Please note, not filing a new report may delay your problem being addressed as quickly as possible.
