Is there a line "ModeH264_VLD_NoFGT_Flash.....DXVA*...." ?? Setting it to Best Mode solves the problem. To my surprise my old HD3650 was. The judder which I picked up on slow panning scenes are probably due to the lack of pulldown under Normal Mode.
