I try to find drivers and documents for OS9.x but AMD seems to removed all of them from their web site. Please see the Applewebsite for details. However, my Quake experience was completely altered. That card shine on OSX setups, but it is not totally stable on OS9 IIRC. Because of the way the case is on the 8500, you need to remove a nut beside the VGA port on both the PCI Radeon and the 7000.
